Perhaps it is my computer.On sprouting, yes I do a lot of sprouting here, mainly wheat (for rejuvelac), but also chickpeas, sunflower, peanuts, and ocasionally wild rice.When are you coming down to Brazil again?Cheers,Andrea
On your last questions:I was all yummy! In fact, my kid was so anxious to eat the bread (he loves essene bread) that he ended up breaking one of the trays trying to eat it before it was ready! :)To avoid ants, I usually put some water underneath and then place something to elevate the dish with the food.
