Very interesting!!
If your little ones are precious for you, don't feed them super food and supplements, though. Do your own research, but please don't rely on someone who uses the topic to market her own new book and supplements she is selling online. Shazzie's truth is far away from being the truths. It's sad. Our 3 year old toddler is thriving on a 100% raw vegan diet, no supplements and no super foods. She weaned herself when she was 18 months old. I'm disappointed with Shazzie. I was following her, and always agreed with her. But I guess she got to "drunk" on super foods!
Thank you for the lead!
anonymous... your three year old isn't old enough to show deficiencies. I addressed you about this in public. With the diet your child is on s/he will not be getting the fat soluble vitamins it needs for continuing good health. Please don't assume my comments are about me marketing a book, it couldn't be further from the truth. Please also stop being rude about me wherever you can, it doesn't help the hundreds of children who have suffered in silence because of the rife brainwashing in the raw vegan community. Follow your truth by all means, but please don't assume you are always right. We all need to update our realities from time to time, and we can do that without being unpleasant and unkind to others. Thank you. Shazzie.
