Green:Hemp:Apple:Pear Smoothie

Kale, these were on the small side, I used about 7 leaves, stem removed
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 pear with peel, cut up
1 apple with peel, cut up
2 dates, pitted
1 tablespoon dulse flakes
1/4 cup hemp seeds
water

blend and enjoy.
good tasting, filling and satisfying.

mmmm I LOVE green smoothies with kale. It's funny how when I first started eating high raw I didn't like kale and stuck to spinach but now the more hardcore the better!
