I thought Dragon Fruit were white inside. Yours looks the same on the outside as the ones I've seen but the pink flesh is different. I've never tasted one and saw my first "in person" one at the grocery store the other day. They felt a little limp and gross though so I left it there. I assume the outer skin should fell nice and firm-ish?

I love Dragon fruit! I get it dried at Trader Joes. If I could find it fresh I would eat a lot more of it!
