Loving my rebounder. I rebound 3-4 times per week for 20 minutes. I feel my cells and blood jumping around. Working up a good sweat, an exhilirating, tingling feeling. Raising my arms, cleaning the lymphs.

Also, enjoying my Fall Juice (recipe is in previous entry). Nourishing, cleansing, immune support and really delicious.

You got me going. Moved my rebounder in from the garage this week and today actually got on it. Not for 20 minutes, but boy did it feel GOOD to move!

As for juice, being snowed in, used what I have at home: an apple and 5 carrots with a handful of fresh parsley still standing in a covered corner outside. The parsley gave it a hint of a flavor as if it had coffee in it.

The flavors are too strong for me alone so I dilute half juice and half water. Now the rest of the day I'm still looking for things to eat, but I'm not hungry...just craving.
