Liver & Gall Bladder Flush

Today I started the preparation work for the Liver & Gallbladder Flush. For 5 or 6 days I will be drinking 32 ounces of organic apple juice per day. The last day is the actual flush.

The Amazing Liver & Gall Bladder Flush by Andreas Moritz is the one I am following. After reading the book I got inspired by it. I know the importance of cleansing our body internally. Although I hear the epsom salt consumption part is not pleasant, I am doing it. The results will be great.

Wish me luck!

Wow chica,

Good luck on the flush!

I think you are riding the wave of other people's flushing energy...I have heard multiple people are doing that specific type of cleanse.

Good luck! Thinking of you!

Hi Jessica,
Good luck! You are more ambitious than I, that version of the cleanse seems much more involved than the Hulda Clark version. I didn't do the apple juice.

Make sure you have the lemon wedges handy for the Epsom salts - and some kind of ointment for the aftermath - I didn't blog that part, but my behind was quite raw for a few days afterwards. :/

Still, SO worth it!

Hey, I was curious to know more on what exactly is the flush. I am planning on starting "colonterapia" sessions (is that equivalent to a colonic? this one is like an enema, but with a machine), but my husband thinks I'm crazy :)
Good to hear from others doing detox. By the way, I loved your last comment on my blog, "obrigada pela força" :)

yes, colonterapia is colonic. what city are you in Brazil? I wish they had it in Salvador. I too have it done. Also with the "Liver & Gall Bladder Flush" I had it done two times.
Very important.
You can email me if you like about the flush.

This flush is well worth the effort. Myself and other members of the family, as well as several friends, are enjoying the healing benefits of this liver flush. Combined with other knowledge of lifestyle changes and cleanses (kidney), this is all part of the new medicine that humans need in order to climb out of the "disease management" we have been subjected to.
