Greens & Fruit Soup

Greens and Fruit Soup
A lovely, thick soup this makes. So refreshing it is to eat this here in Bahia, Brazil.
If you want it to be a smoothie, just add more liquid.

for two servings:
1/2 medium papaya
1 medium mango
6 strawberries

greens of any kind

I used 2 leaves of lettuce, some arugula, 1 leaf of kale, small amount of cilantro

2-3 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon of coconut butter/oil

pinch of sea salt
coconut water

blend, serve in bowls and decorate with cut up fruit

Anyways, it may be be good with Açaí too :)

I have to try it. I am just not sure if I like the combination of fruits and vegetables...

All the best!

Jessica it looks great but i'd go with all fruits or all veggies. You should know how much you are being envied for the Brazilian sun and shore - while I sit here with lights on in Budapest at 4:45 p.m.
