Starting to add tahini to my smoothies which has great calcium support. It also gives a nice creamy texture to it and nice flavor.
This morning's smoothie creation was:
mango
banana
hemp seeds
tahini (I used 2 tablespoons)
arugula
water
blend it up....keep healthy!

Tried your pear/parsley/banana/blueberry smoothie today. It was yummy. I added a couple of dates because I wanted it a little bit sweeter, but that was all I changed. Thanks for the idea!
This is such a unique combo. Sounds great and is packed with lots of great stuff.
