A Raw Yogi Journal

It is important to get nutrients from different greens. This is a nice new addition. Arugula and mango pudding. Has a nice kick to it. Blend a handful of arugula and one mango. Manga in Portuguese. If the taste is too strong, mix with another green. Suggested by A Raw Yogi Journal. Love her site, she has some good raw ideas.

ITA it so important to have a variety of greens. Although winter is my favorite time of year I surely miss going outside and picking fresh greens from my garden. I do have a hothouse but, of course, it's not as large as my garden.

Thank you for linking my site =). It was down for a couple days, but it's back up. The green smoothie looks delicious. My favorite one from this past weekend was spinach, 1 apple, 1-2 dates and just enough water to blend. it makes a delicious and sweet pudding-like smoothie!
